Here’s a brief overview of what you need to know about using our services.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Pup & Go (referred to as “the Service Provider”) and the client (referred to as “the Client”) for dog walking and related pet care services. By booking any service, the Client agrees to the following terms.

Services Provided

Pup & Go offers dog walking, dog sitting, dog taxi, home visits, and vet trip services within Cannock, Hednesford, and surrounding areas. All services are provided with the utmost care, professionalism, and attention to each dog’s individual needs.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be made in advance, and confirmation will be provided via text, email, or phone.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the event of extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, services may be rescheduled where possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance, or if pre-agreed, due upon completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, standing order.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate, up-to-date information about their dog, including any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements.
Dogs must be microchipped, vaccinated, flea-treated, and wormed in accordance with UK regulations.
The client must ensure all equipment provided (collars, leads, harnesses) is in safe working condition.

Dog Safety & Wellbeing

Pup & Go reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog shows aggressive behaviour, is unwell, or if conditions are unsafe.
Dogs will be walked on-lead unless written permission is provided by the client, and it is safe to do so.
In case of an emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the client. If the Client is unreachable, Pup & Go will act in the best interest of the dog, including seeking veterinary care if necessary (any associated costs are the Client’s responsibility).

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care, Pup & Go cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, or death of a pet unless due to proven negligence.
Pup & Go holds public liability insurance, but the client is responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to property, other animals, or people.

Keys & Home Access

If home access is required, keys will be securely stored and labelled anonymously.
Pup & Go will not be held responsible for loss or damage to property unless due to proven negligence.

Privacy Policy

Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Photos of dogs may be used for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website) unless the client requests otherwise.

Amendments

Pup & Go reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
